Aimie Seiber

Restorative Director

Aimie have been in the healthcare field for 14 years. She started out as a CNA in 2010 and worked her way up to becoming an RN in 2015. Her background is mainly in a small town hospital taking care of a variety of patients. In 2018, she received her Restorative Nursing Certificate. because she enjoys helping residents improve and maintain their functional abilities. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband,Joe and son, Brayden, going on side-by-side rides, walks with her twin sister, and spending time with her family on their dairy farm.

Amber Galle

Business Office Manager

Amber Galle has been with Freeburg Care Center since 14 October, 2020. When hired on, she started as a Human Resources/Payroll Clerk. In January 2022, she was promoted to Human Resources Director. She graduated from SIUE in May of 2013 with Bachelor’s Degree double major in Human Resource Management and Management. In August 2022, she was promoted to Business Office Manager. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, Liam, and her yellow Lab, Bella. She loves to be outdoors, spend time at the pool, and vacation at the beach.

Amy Bonta

Administrator

Amy Bonta has been the Administrator of Freeburg Care Center for 7 years. She brings with her 20 years of experience in long-term care. Her Bachelor’s Degree is in Broadcast Journalism, and she has Associate’s Degrees in General Studies and Occupational Therapy. Over the past 10 years, she has worked as a long-term care Administrator, Practicing Therapist, and Area Therapy Director. Away from work, she loves spending time with her husband and 3 boys, watching their sports, spending time with family and friends, traveling to Iowa to spend time with relatives, playing darts, trivia and listening to music.

Dana Miller

Admissions/Marketing Director

Dana Miller has over 15 years experience in long term care and over 7 years with Freeburg Care Center. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys going to her 3 children’s sporting events, running, and spending time with family.

Darrik Dayhoff

Maintenance Director

Darrik enjoys spending time with his girlfirend and new son. He has been in maintenance for 5 years. He is currently going to school to earn a degree in religion.

Jamie Salger

MDS Coordinator

Jamie has been in the healthcare field for 14 years. She graduated with her RN Associated Degree in Nursing at SWIC in 2015. She has mainly worked in a small town hospital on a Med/Surg floor. Her love and passion is taking care of geriatric patients and hearing the stories they tell. During her free time, she enjoys spending time outside, taking naps, going on jeep rides, spoiling her dog Natty, and canning vegetables from her garden.

Janet Cetwinski

Therapy Director

Janet s been a COTA for 26 years. She did her clinicals in a a variety of settings, but has always had a passion for pediatrics and geriatrics. She has been working in skilled nursing homes for over 2 years and loves working with her patients. She is a single mother and lives with her daughter.

Jennifer Quigley

Assistant Director of Nursing

Jennifer Quigley has been at Freeburg Care Center in several capacities. She started as a CNA with us in 1995, then became an LPN. She has now been our Assistant Director of Nursing for 10 years. She has had a love for health care and been in it for 27 years. She also loves spending time with her family, working outdoors, and deer hunting.

Jess Huffman

Director of Nursing

Jess has been a nurse for a total of 6 years with 5 of those years spent in geriatrics. She started as an LPN and recently received her bachelors degree in nursing from McKendree. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids and crafting.

Lana Murray

Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor

She has been a housekeeper since January of 2023 . She grew up working on her grandpa's farm and has always enjoyed fishing, hunting, and going to the river. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family or just relaxing at home watching her favorite shows or movies. The Cardinals and Blues are her favorite sports teams.

Lily Dircks

Director of Employee Engagement

Lily has worked with the geriatric population for five years. Before taking on the role as director of employee engagement, she was our medical records director. She has also worked in our activities department as activities assistant.and previosly with home health care companies in Springfield, MO. She obtained a degree in both gerontology and sociology at Missouri State University. In her spare time, Lily likes to spend time with friends and family, listen to Aerosmith and ABBA, and watch the Steelers.

Linda Wardlow

Accounts Receivable Controller

Linda Wardlow has been part of the Freeburg Care Center family for 5 years. She has worked in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities for 18 years. She comes to us with 28 years of accounting skills, along with a background in Medicare and Medicaid.

Liz Rude

Central Supply/Medical Records Director

Liz Rude has been with Freeburg Care Center for 5 years. She started as an activity assistant and helped with social services before she took on the role of Coordinator of Medical Records. Being with the residents where her true passion is. Liz is personable and has a background in customer service. Liz spends her spare time with friends and loved ones, hiking and on ATVs.

Nala Brooks

Dietary Manager

Nala has been with the food service industry for over 6 years and Dietary Manager for 3 years. She comes to Freeburg Care Center with an associates degree in dietary management and a culinary degree from L’Ecole Culinaire. Nala is married to her high school sweetheart and they they have 1 son together. In her spare time, she likes to catch up on her favorite tv shows and go shopping.

Rebecca Schrauth

Social Services Director

Rebecca comes to Freeburg Care Center with many years of experience in social services in various settings. Helping people is her passion. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her daughters and listening to music.

Sara Demick

MDS Coordinator

Sara Demick is an LPN that has worked at Freeburg Care Center since 2005. She started as a CNA and has worked her way up to a floor nurse and now care plan nurse. She is married with 3 teenagers. Three of them are also employed at the Freeburg Care Center. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts and traveling.

Tammy Walters

Activity Director

Tammy has been the Activity Director at Freeburg Care Center for 9 years. Tammy seems to know everyone from Freeburg since she’s grown up here and worked in town many years. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her grandchildren and go jeeping.
